I’m writing to tell you what a great help Dave was in assisting me and my husband in our selection of bikes and accessories. Based on his vast knowledge, my first question to him was, “Are you the owner?” Dave’s demeanor conveyed to me his “ownership” of his position and responsibility. I was very pleased with my first impression of Dave in that he immediately offered his assistance with pertinent questions regarding my needs in a bicycle.
I have already recommended Cycology and Dave to several friends who have indicated their interest in bicycling. I believe that Dave is an asset to Cycology and will continue to call on him for my bicycling needs.

Hey Tim,
Saw one of my friends recently. He lives in Knoxville and has biked since i knew him in highschool. We talked biking a little and even though he lives in Knoxville he said “my bike shop is Cycology”. Seems he thinks you guys have great service and it’s worth the drive.
