When it comes to bikes a proper fit is very important. The so-called “science” of bike fitting can be an overwhelming flood of theories measurements and calculations that really don’t amount to much. Every cyclist is different and every bike should be fit to the rider. Our fits begin with a comprehensive analysis of your fitness, flexibility, riding style and personal cycling goals. We use this information (and twenty five years of bike fitting experience) to design a bike fit that will keep you riding comfortably and efficiently for many years. If you want to get the most from your bike and body we can help you achieve that goal.

Reason #1
A pain in the $#@?! One of the five contact points on the bike is your saddle. Much of your comfort is dependent upon your saddle choice and adjustment. Cycology’s “Saddle Stable” lets you try alternatives during your fit session.
Reason #2
Your knees! Consider that your knees are flexed between 80-120 times per minute, and you’ll quickly see that proper pedal alignment and saddle placement are crucial to keeping things working they way they should be and pain-free.
Reason #3
You may be surprised! Cyclists, even those with many miles of experience, can settle into compromising fits or bad habits. Having an objective, well-trained fit technician work with you on your fit can give you better performance on the bike.
